For the outer shell, we use wide range of fabrics like cotton, polyester, PC, etc. Fillings are made from thermal bonded polyfil, and/or high-density foam and artificial felt in different thicknesses as per buyer requirement.
We provide all types of linings including cotton, polyester, PC, honeycomb, brushed cotton, coolmax etc.
Since we have our own in-house fully computerized and automated quilting machine, we can provide a wide range of customized quilting patterns.
Additionally, we also customize saddle pads by high quality printing, embroidery, chords, crystal embossing and other types of value additions on the pads.
